Peaceland University, Enugu, presented the Award of Excellence to Monsignor Prof. Dr. Obiora Ike in recognition of his distinguished and exceptional contributions to global ethics and human development. The honour celebrates his unwavering commitment to fostering moral leadership, social transformation, and sustainable progress across societies worldwide.
The award ceremony took place at the university auditorium during the institution’s 2nd Hybrid International Conference, where Monsignor Prof. Dr. Obiora Ike served as the keynote speaker. In alignment with the conference theme, “Policies for Progress: Reimagining Education Systems for a Tech-Driven Future,” he delivered an inspiring address that highlighted the importance of ethical values, innovation, and responsible leadership in shaping the future of education.
In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor of Peaceland University, Rev. Fr. Prof. Leo Ilechukwu, expressed profound appreciation to Monsignor Prof. Dr. Obiora Ike for his mentorship and significant role in his personal and academic growth. He further emphasized that without Monsignor Ike’s visionary leadership and foundational contributions, Peaceland University, Enugu, would not have come into existence.
